Our weekend begins with a Nicaraguan welcOme FIESTA on a private island in Lake Nicaragua, one of Central America’s true wonders. With music, joy, and the charm of Nicaraguan’s landscapes, we’ll gather in love and culture.

Your full-day pass gives you access to the island’s amenities sparkling pools, and sun-kissed spaces to relax or enjoy the fiesta. Dress in all-white attire, light and breezy for the island.

Hotel shuttles depart at 2:30 PM for Puerto Cocibolca, where we’ll board the boat to the islet.

The Day After

After the wedding, the following day will be left open as an optional time to explore and relax. Instead, we invite you to enjoy your time in a way that feels right for you. Take the opportunity to explore the area, relax with loved ones, or simply create your own adventure.

December is high season in Nicaragua, and flights tend to book quickly.

We suggest flying with Avianca Airlines from Los Angeles (LAX) to Managua (MGA). There are two convenient options:
Option 1: Departs LAX around 2:10 PM, connects through San Salvador with a short layover, and arrives in Managua at approximately 11:35 PM the same day.

Option 2:
Departs LAX around 11:55 PM, connects through San Salvador overnight, and also arrives in Managua at about 08:20 AM the following day.

Will the ceremony be outside?

Yes! Please bring a light sweater or jacket to stay warm during the ceremony.

Are children allowed at the wedding ceremony?

We kindly ask that your children not attend the ceremony. We are excited to celebrate with your children at the reception!

Will there be parking options available?

Yes, once you arrive at the venue there will be an attendant out front to check you in. Please let him know that you are a guest of Gustavo/Massiell wedding and you will receive a 24-hour parking pass. Please place this pass on your rearview mirror.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

We ask that you please turn off your cellphones & cameras during the ceremony. Don’t worry, we have hired a photographer and will have a lot of photos to share with you after the wedding.
